Exchange & Return Policy

At KhaleesiClothing.com, we do not offer refunds. However, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• You can request an exchange if:
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• You received a product different from your original order.
• Something is missing from the package (such as price tags, labels, or original packaging).

Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a replacement will be issued for the same value as the item on your invoice.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges.
• Discounted or sale items cannot be exchanged.
• Unstitched articles that have been stitched are not eligible for exchange.
• Wedding wear and couture dresses are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

• No refunds or money-back guarantees are offered.
• Customers paying by Credit/Debit Card may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Instead of a refund, you will receive a coupon of the same value, valid for use within 60 days.
• KhaleesiClothing.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as items being out of stock, technical errors, failed quality checks, or declined payments.
• We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with third parties.
