What is the delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days after your order is confirmed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability, order size, and your location.

What are the delivery charges?

• Within Pakistan: PKR 300 (flat rate)
• Free Delivery: On all orders above PKR 20,000

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this ID on the courier company’s website to track your parcel in real time.

What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.

Is an advance payment required?

Your dress booking will be confirmed with a 50% advance payment.
